Exchanging or Returning an Item

Not quite what you wanted? Not a problem.

OUR STANDARD POLICY

  1. Email our Customer Service for a "Return Authorization" number (RA #).
  2. Securely package and protect item(s) to prevent damage during return shipping. Include all paperwork, instructions, parts and accessories.

FINE DETAILS

  • Products in "new condition" may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused, unassembled, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • All returns will be charged the original shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns NOT accepted on customized or special order
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse

·         You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·         You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
